ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Statement

GABE V Promotions is committed to making event discovery, ticket purchasing, account access and ticket management usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product and operational responsibility.

Our accessibility goal

The website and ticketing experience should be designed and tested toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical, including meaningful keyboard access, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, text resizing/reflow, form labels and errors, screen-reader support, accessible names, semantic structure and alternatives for important images or media.

What we test

  • Keyboard-only navigation through event discovery, ticket selection, checkout and account areas.
  • Screen-reader navigation, headings, landmarks, form labels, dynamic status messages and ticket controls.
  • Color contrast, focus indicators and information that is not conveyed by color alone.
  • Zoom and reflow at common browser zoom levels and smaller responsive widths.
  • Form instructions, error identification, validation and recovery.
  • Interactive seat maps and alternatives when a visual map cannot communicate the same information accessibly.

Third-party content

Some payment, mapping, media, analytics or venue content may be supplied by third parties. We work to choose and configure accessible integrations, but third-party experiences may have their own accessibility limitations.

Known limitations and improvements

Accessibility work is ongoing. The Organizer should document known barriers, prioritize fixes that block ticket purchasing or account access, and retest after major design or checkout changes. An accessibility overlay or statement is not a substitute for accessible code and real assistive-technology testing.

Need help?

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance completing a ticketing task, contact [email protected]. Please include the page or event, the problem you encountered, the browser/device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to reach you.

Feedback and response

Accessibility feedback should be routed to a person who can investigate the issue, provide a reasonable alternative when possible, and track remediation. Urgent issues that prevent ticket purchase, ticket retrieval or event admission should be prioritized.
