Dancing Through the Decades — New Year’s Eve 2027 Giveaway

Operator: GABE V Promotions

Associated event: Dancing Through the Decades — New Year’s Eve 2027

Campaign period: October 21, 2026 at 8:58 PM GMT+0000 through December 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM GMT+0000.

Final drawing: December 14, 2026 at 8:58 PM GMT+0000.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The free entry method is account registration/eligibility through GABE V Promotions. Use the free account entry path. Free entries are not disadvantaged compared with entries associated with customers who have purchased tickets or other products.

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open only to individuals who can lawfully participate under applicable law and who meet the account-verification requirements shown for the campaign. A winner of an event-based prize must also satisfy the age, identification, admission and venue requirements applicable to that event. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to enter for free

Create or use an eligible GABE V Promotions account during the campaign period and complete any required email verification. An eligible account receives the campaign’s base entry without buying a ticket, product or service. A participant may then use the promotional wheel once for the campaign, subject to anti-abuse controls and these rules.

3. Instant-win wheel and bonus entries

The wheel presentation is visual. The actual result is selected by the server using the configured weighted prize pool and remaining inventory. Prize weights may change if a prize reaches its inventory limit or the published campaign is lawfully modified. The current approximate configured odds are shown below.

*Approximate instant-win odds are calculated from the currently available configured weights and may change as limited inventory is exhausted. The final drawing, if used, is separate; the odds of winning the final drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries in the locked draw pool.

4. Prize conditions

Prizes are nontransferable unless the operator approves otherwise. No cash alternative is available unless expressly stated. Event tickets, upgrades and event-related benefits are subject to event availability, event/venue rules, age restrictions, admission requirements, schedule changes and cancellation/postponement policies. Winners are responsible for taxes and any incidental expenses not expressly included with the prize. Limited or high-value prizes may require identity and eligibility verification before fulfillment.

5. Winner selection and verification

Instant-win results are generated through the platform’s server-side weighted selection process. Any final grand-prize drawing is conducted from the locked eligible entry pool using random selection. The operator may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise ineligible entries and may require reasonable proof of eligibility before awarding a limited prize.

6. Equal treatment of free entries

A purchase does not create an entry advantage, additional eligibility, or a better chance of winning. Free entries are subject to the same winner-selection process as other eligible entries. If you believe you were unable to use the free entry method on substantially equal terms, contact the operator before the campaign closes.

7. Changes, suspension and technical problems

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, platform outage, security incident, or another circumstance materially affects the integrity of the promotion, the operator may pause, modify or terminate the promotion to the extent permitted by law and may select winners from unaffected eligible entries. The operator will not use this provision to favor purchasers or otherwise change winner selection in a deceptive manner.

8. Privacy

Information submitted for the promotion may be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, prevent abuse, communicate with potential winners, fulfill prizes, maintain audit records and comply with legal obligations. See Privacy Policy for additional information.

9. Social platforms and third parties

If this promotion is advertised on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or another social platform, that platform is not the sponsor, administrator or endorser of the promotion unless expressly stated. Third-party event sponsors or prize providers are not the promotion administrator unless expressly identified as such.

Event sponsor shown in the giveaway: Danny Prado. Unless expressly identified as the promotion administrator, an event sponsor is a prize/marketing partner and not the operator of the sweepstakes.

10. Applicable law and questions

This promotion is intended to be administered in accordance with applicable California and United States law. Nothing in these rules limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions about entry, prizes or these rules may be submitted through Contact page.

California consumer disclosure

California law prohibits representing that a person has won when they have not, requires clear no-purchase messaging in sweepstakes materials, and requires entries not accompanied by a purchase to receive equal treatment in winner selection. These rules are designed to reflect those principles; campaign-specific legal review remains the operator’s responsibility.
