REFUNDS & EVENT CHANGES

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how GABE V Promotions handles refund requests, cancelled or changed events, duplicate orders and payment reversals. Event-specific disclosures shown before checkout may provide additional rules.

1. Check the event terms first

Refund eligibility can vary by event, ticket type, venue, promoter and reason for the request. Review the event page, checkout disclosures and order confirmation. When an event-specific rule is more detailed, it applies to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.

2. Completed ticket purchases

Unless the event terms or applicable law state otherwise, completed ticket purchases are generally final. A change in personal plans, travel, weather near the attendee, artist lineup or supporting acts may not qualify for a refund. This paragraph must be edited if GABE V Promotions uses a different policy.

3. Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled and no replacement date is offered, eligible orders should be refunded to the original payment method. The event cancellation notice will explain which ticket amounts or fees are refundable and the expected processing timeline.

4. Postponed or rescheduled events

Tickets ordinarily remain valid for a new date unless the event notice says otherwise. If refunds are offered, the event notice will identify the request window, submission method and any non-refundable amounts. Missing a published deadline may affect eligibility where lawful.

5. Material event changes

If a venue, headline performer, format or other material feature changes, GABE V Promotions will communicate the options that apply to that event. Schedule changes, opening acts and minor program changes do not automatically create refund rights unless the event notice or law provides them.

6. Duplicate or incorrect orders

Contact support promptly after discovering a duplicate charge, incorrect ticket selection or technical checkout problem. Include the order number and purchaser email, but never send a full payment-card number or security code.

7. How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are ordinarily sent through the payment method used for the order. Bank processing time is outside the ticketing system’s control. If the original method is unavailable, additional verification may be required before an alternative can be considered.

8. Transferred, scanned or resold tickets

A ticket that has been transferred, resold, refunded, voided or scanned may be ineligible for another refund or may require action by the current ticket holder. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized reseller may not be supported.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a payment dispute when the issue can be reviewed directly. A chargeback does not by itself establish refund eligibility, and a pending dispute can delay a separate refund or void affected tickets where permitted.
