TERMS & TICKETING

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of GABE V Promotions ticketing services and purchases for events offered by the Organizer. Event-specific terms, venue rules and clearly disclosed checkout rules may also apply.

GABE V PromotionsOrganizerLast updated: October 19, 2026

1. Agreement to these rules

By placing an order, creating an account, receiving a transferred ticket or using a ticket for admission, you agree to the ticket rules presented for the applicable event. Checkout may require an affirmative acknowledgment before an order can be submitted.

2. Event information

Event dates, times, locations, artists, schedules, supporting acts, age restrictions, bag policies, parking rules and other details may change. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the event page and venue rules before purchase and again before attending.

3. Ticket availability and temporary holds

Ticket and seat availability can change quickly. Reserved seats, tables or other inventory may be held temporarily during checkout. A hold does not guarantee a purchase. If the timer expires, payment fails or the order is not completed, inventory may be released for sale to another buyer.

4. Prices, fees and taxes

Before payment, the checkout should show the total purchase price and the applicable ticket price, mandatory service or processing fees, order fees and taxes. The final amount is revalidated before payment is authorized. Optional add-ons should be clearly identified.

5. Payment and order confirmation

An order is not complete merely because a button was clicked. Where payment is required, the order becomes confirmed only after the payment provider authorizes the transaction and the ticketing system successfully creates the order and ticket credentials. If authorization succeeds but order finalization fails, the transaction may require reversal or manual reconciliation.

6. Ticket delivery and credentials

Tickets may be delivered electronically to the purchaser’s account or email. A valid ticket credential may include a QR code or other unique identifier. Duplicated, refunded, voided, transferred-away, already-used or otherwise invalid credentials may be refused at admission.

7. Admission and event rules

Possession of a ticket does not excuse violation of lawful venue or event rules. Admission may be refused or revoked when permitted by law for fraud, unsafe conduct, prohibited items, invalid credentials or material violation of posted event rules. Any age or identification requirements should be stated on the event page.

8. Refunds, cancellations and postponements

Refund eligibility and the treatment of cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed events are explained in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and in any event-specific terms shown before checkout.

9. Transfers and resale

If transfers are enabled, the original ticket may stop being valid after a successful transfer. State whether resale is permitted, restricted or prohibited and whether third-party resale marketplaces are supported. GABE V Promotions should not guarantee tickets acquired from an unauthorized source.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact support first when an order problem can be resolved directly. Filing a chargeback does not automatically determine ticket validity or refund eligibility. Fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation of affected credentials or account restrictions where lawful.

11. Prohibited use

You may not bypass inventory controls, interfere with seat holds, automate abusive purchases, scrape or attack the service, circumvent security controls, use stolen payment information, counterfeit tickets, misuse access credentials, or use the service unlawfully.

12. Third-party services

Payment providers, venues, artists, parking operators and other third parties may have separate terms. GABE V Promotions is not responsible for promises made by unaffiliated third parties unless the published terms expressly say otherwise.

13. Disclaimers and liability terms

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, [GABE V Promotions_legal_name] is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, cancellations, access restrictions or service interruptions caused by venues, performers, payment providers, networks, weather, government action or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

14. Changes and event-specific rules

These rules may be updated for future purchases. The version accepted at checkout and event-specific disclosures should be retained with the order where practical so historical purchase terms can be reconstructed.
