This California-specific notice supplements the Privacy Policy. It explains information collected at or before collection and describes California privacy rights that may apply. It does not state that every California privacy statute applies to GABE V Promotions in every circumstance.
Notice at collection
When you browse events, create an account, join an event-update list, purchase tickets, contact support, transfer tickets, request a refund, or use admission services, GABE V Promotions may collect the categories described below for the stated business purposes.
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, phone number, account identifiers and communication preferences — used for account access, tickets, receipts, support and event communications.
- Commercial and transaction information: event, order, ticket, seat/table, discount, refund and payment-status records — used to sell and administer tickets, reconcile transactions and provide customer service.
- Internet, device and security information: IP address, browser/device information, session identifiers, logs and fraud signals — used for security, authentication, abuse prevention and service performance.
- Approximate location or venue-related information: location inferred from IP or information you provide, when used — used for relevant event discovery, security, or requested location features. Precise geolocation should not be collected unless a feature clearly requests it.
- Communications and preference records: support messages, event-update choices, privacy choices and request history — used to respond to you and document your instructions.
Payment-card credentials are handled by the connected payment processor. GABE Ticketing may receive payment status, limited payment metadata and processor references needed for orders, refunds and disputes.
Retention
Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including ticket delivery and admission, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute handling, legal obligations and establishment or defense of legal claims. Different record types may have different retention periods.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
GABE V Promotions is currently configured as not selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still save a browser-level opt-out preference below or contact us with a privacy request.
If GABE V Promotions becomes subject to an applicable opt-out requirement or uses technologies that constitute sale or sharing under California law, the Privacy Choices controls are intended to provide the required browser-level choice. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is honored when enabled in the Compliance Center.
California rights that may apply
Depending on the law that applies to GABE V Promotions and your request, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights. Legal exceptions may apply.

Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or submitted below. We may verify identity or authority before completing certain requests. Where applicable, authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification of authority.

Children and sale or sharing
The service is not intended to sell or share personal information of children. Where California law requires affirmative authorization before sale or sharing of personal information for a person under 16, that requirement must be followed.
